1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreeDiva ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. FreeDiva is operated by FreeDiva.com ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

FreeDiva is an AI-powered fashion styling platform that analyzes user-provided photos to generate personalized outfit recommendations. The Service also includes a conversational AI chat stylist. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as suggestions, not professional fashion consulting.

3. Accounts and Credits

You may create a free account to access the AI Photo Stylist. Each new account receives 5 free styling credits. Each photo analysis consumes 1 credit.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in an abusive manner.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of other people without their consent.
  • Upload inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI system.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All outfit recommendations, style analyses, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While our AI is designed to provide helpful and relevant styling suggestions, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendation.

Styling advice is subjective by nature. FreeDiva's recommendations should be treated as suggestions and inspiration, not as definitive fashion rules. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions.

6. Affiliate Links and Shopping

Outfit recommendations may include affiliate links to third-party retailers. When you make a purchase through these links, FreeDiva may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. FreeDiva is not responsible for products purchased through third-party retailers. All purchases are subject to the retailer's own terms, return policies, and guarantees.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant FreeDiva a limited license to process the image for the sole purpose of generating your style analysis.

The FreeDiva name, logo, design, and AI-generated content are the property of FreeDiva.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FreeDiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to FreeDiva in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
