1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and an encrypted password.

Photos: When you use the AI Photo Stylist, you upload a full-body photo. This photo is stored securely on our servers and used exclusively for generating your style analysis.

Chat Messages: When you use the Chat Stylist, your messages are processed by our AI to generate styling responses. Chat sessions are stored temporarily for conversation continuity.

Usage Data: We collect basic analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the service. This data is anonymized.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To analyze your photo and generate personalized outfit recommendations.
  • To power the chat stylist and maintain conversation context.
  • To manage your account and track styling credits.
  • To improve our AI styling engine and user experience.
  • To send service-related communications (only if you opt in for marketing).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your photos, analysis results, and chat messages are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use third-party AI APIs to process style analyses. Photos and text are sent to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your recommendations and are not retained by them beyond the processing request.

Affiliate links in outfit recommendations direct you to third-party retailers (such as Amazon). When you click these links, the retailer's own privacy policy applies.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your login session (authentication token). We use anonymized analytics to understand how the service is used. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

5. Data Retention

Photos: Stored as long as your account is active. You can delete individual photos or your entire account at any time.

Account Data: Retained until you delete your account. Upon deletion, all associated data (photos, outfits, profile) is permanently removed within 30 days.

Chat Sessions: Temporary chat data is automatically purged after 30 days.

6. Your Rights

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Photos are stored in access-controlled directories. We regularly review our security practices to protect your information.
