Several months ago, thanks to the advice offered by the book, called “The Anti-Ageing Beauty Bible”, I discovered for myself the L’Occitane’s Divine line of products. Just in time for the Holiday 2014 season, the brand introduced several Divine gift sets, among which I picked the L’Occitane The Ultimate Gift of Youth Set. However, although the set included a great selection of Divine and Immortelle products, it did not offer Divine Extract (a serum) and the Divine Youth Oil.
Last time I was passing by L’Occitane store on the Upper West Side, I decided to stop by and get the L’Occitane Divine Extract. This extract or serum provides a necessary step in Divine skincare ritual by boasting a highly concentrated essential oils of Immortelle and Myrtle into your skin. Since I started using the Divine and Immortelle products about two months ago, I have noticed that the skin, despite being exposed to cold, harsh and over-drying winter air, now looks more plump and visibly younger. The flakiness, a common problem for my skin during winter months, was completely gone. Adding Divine Extract to the the anti-aging and revitalizing skin-care routine proved to be necessary step, since this serum complements that work of other Divine products.
First of all, it smells amazing, reminiscent of wild flowers and greens, very fresh and invigorating. The velvety golden texture of the serum is very pleasant to touch and on application. The plumping effect of the serum is visible right away, making the complexion more luminous, radiant and fresh. I apply the serum all over the face and neck, and even around the eye area, prior to using the Divine Eyes and Divine Creams. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for natural anti-aging products and also those who want to give their skin a great boost after long and harsh winter.
