Since it was first introduced in 2010, Acqua di Gioia came out in several limited edition versions, out of which Acqua di Gioia Essenza was my favorite one and the only one I have ever purchased from the entire line. It was until I experienced the new Limited Edition Acqua di Gioia Jasmine Edition EDP Eau de Parfum Giorgio Armani, which was released in June 2015. If I skipped the original fragrance and the subsequent editions, that was because, they all were dominated by citrus notes, which to me is not the most attractive component. However, similar to Essenza, the Jasmine is a beautiful fresh green floral, the jasmine in its most light and delicate form.
The bottle design is the same as in all Acqua di Gioia fragrances, the only difference is the color. The Jasmine edition bottle is bright green and looks very fresh and springy. The only downside of this perfume, in my opinion, is its rather short lasting power. I have noticed that it did not last for more than 4 hours, especially if you wear it before spending time outdoors. Maybe it was due to a humid NYC climate and in dry climates it would last longer. However, I had to reapply it at least two times a day to be able to enjoy the scent. I highly recommend this fragrance to anyone who loves Jasmine, fresh, floral, and airy scents./p>
