Mula Lisa Nail Polish by Christian Louboutin is part of the family of 10 nail polishes, called “The Pops”. Inspired by Louboitin classics, such as Miss Loubi, Ni Toi Ni Moi, and Mula Lisa, each of the 10 Pops are very much in tune with and reflect the personality of Christian Louboutin. Bright, bold, and vibrant colors stand out against the silver metallic cap and carton details. Each bottle features a tall slender cap, which resembles the shape of Louboutin stiletto heels and that was inspired by the Louboutin calligraphy. The design of the bottle is uniquely amazing; it turns the application into a luxurious experience, inviting women to take their time and enjoy the nail coloring ritual. Each of the 3 color families features a different metallic finish of the cap, allowing to best highlight the vibrant colors housed in the bottles. “The Pops” feature silver metallic caps and all 10 colors are cheerful bright and vibrant shades that are simply perfect for summer or vacation.
Although it might seem that the nail polish is small in size compared to the tall and extravagantly pointy cap, it is far from the truth. The size if the bottle is actually the same as that of the average nail polish and conthttp://www.freediva.com/wp-admin/edit.phpains 0.4 oz of nail color. The Louboutin custom-designed, patented triangular brush picks up the right amount of color without air bubbles, allowing to deliver flawless, precise and streak-free coverage. The signature formula ensures a chip-resistant coverage. Because the color is highly pigmented, I’ve noticed that two coats are enough to ensure an even and glossy coverage. The nail polish bottle comes packaged in a nude-colored soft touch presentation box which reveals the metallic finish cap unique to each color family.
Mula Lisa is probably one of my most favorite colors in “The Pops” family of 10. It is a unique shade of vibrant yellow chartreuse that looks bright, yet balanced and elegant. I don’t know how Louboutin can achieve that effect, since bright and bibrant colors can easily look out of place and vulgar. In Louboutin’s presentation, it’s is class from packaging to the shade and finished look. And finally, it looks simply stunning on my vanity table.
