Even if I did not need any more blushes at all, I would not be able to pass the Clinique Cheek Pop Blushes by. The packaging itself is so genuinely irresistible, that is simply invites you to collect them all. Nonetheless, I decided to stop myself and go just for one more blush, the Clinique Cheek Pop Blush in 14 Heather Pop Spring 2015, in addition to the most beautiful Cheek Pop Blush in Nude that I just recently got too. But I have to honestly admit that it was very difficult to restrain myself from buying more of these blushes, because they would look so pretty inside my vanity draws.
Aside from the pretty packaging that resembles a daisy flower encased in a piece of ice, this blush is a good quality product. It is cool toned and well pigmented. I think, the New 14 Heather Pop shade that was just released for Spring 2015 is suitable for all skin tones because it is easily buildable and looks amazing on the cheeks. It has tiny shimmer particles that give the blush a pearly texture. However, when you apply it on, it does not appear anything close to shimmery or shiny. It simply lightens up your complexion, giving it a soft and healthy glow.
I think, this blush is perfect for Spring or Summer, because the daisy flower embossing on top are very suggestive of warmer seasons. I have to confess, that when I used this blush on rainy and gloomy days of early spring, swirling my Hakuhodo brush in a pot with a brightly colored daisy would light up my mood and fill my day with a sunshine. This is why I highly recommend this blush to anyone who likes pretty packaging, good quality brushes and would like to get into Spring or Summer mood.
