This Spring, QVC offers an amazing hair care product set from WEN by Chaz Dean. The Cleanse, Restore, and Style Collection that consists of 4 best-selling WEN products is a perfect sampler for those who are not familiar with the brand and wants to get an idea of the products it offers. The collection has everything you need to help cleanse, treat, and protect your hair from the daily stresses of styling. The set came in a separate box and was nicely and securely packaged.
Included in the collection are the following products:
The Sweet Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner (with pump) is for all hair types, especially for those with fine-to-medium hair. It won’t weigh hair down. It provides a perfect balance of nourishing herbs and natural ingredients designed to hydrate and replenish hair that has been damaged due to shampoo and other harsh elements. It may be used as often as necessary. I have noticed that for my medium to long hair (a little down the shoulder length), the 8-10 pumps help to thoroughly cleanse hair and scalp without stripping them of their natural oils, providing hair with added moisture, strength and sheen.
Although, the Sweet Almond Mint Replenishing Treatment Mist included in the set is actually in a sample size, I am sure after you try it, you will go back to buy the product in the full size. I use the Replenishing Treatment as a lightweight leave-in. After cleansing, I mist thoroughly then massage into hair until the spray has been completely absorbed. It helps to lock the moisture and protect the hair from the damage that can be caused by blow dryer or hair iron. During dry summer or winter months, I also use this spray on dry/styled hair to add extra moisture and hydration anytime of day or use it in between cleansing to refresh the style.
The Six Thirteen Cleansing Conditioner (with pump) and Styling Creme are great products that contain the benefits of Chaz’s unique amino acid and peptide complexes that provide the ultimate in hair nourishment. When I use it, I evenly distribute the appropriate amount of Six Thirteen Cleansing Conditioner to the scalp and hair. Then, I lightly massage into hair, secure the hair up with a large hair clip and leave the product on for the remainder of the shower, lastly, I rinse hair thoroughly. Occasionally, I do the second cleanse, when I apply 1/2 to 1 pump the leave-in conditioner to soaking wet hair.
On my towel dried hair I use the Six Thirteen Styling Creme by applying it to the hair from the mid shaft to the ends, smoothing any remaining over the crown. Then I normally dry the hair with the blow dryer, using the cool setting.
Also, included in the set is a very good informational broshure that gives you more information about other WEN products, directions to use, and a list of ingredients. If you like the four products included in the
