Love & Sunshine Foaming Sugar Scrub Bath & Body Works

When it comes to body or face scrubs, I cannot stand oil-based formulas, because no matter what an outstanding job they do in terms of cleansing and exfoliation, there is always an oily residue left on the skin afterwards. For that reason, before buying any scrub, I always test it in the store to make sure that it is soap-based, and not oil-based. When it comes to Bath & Body Works scrubs, they are not consistently the same, so before buying a scrub based on the attractive label and charming scent, always plan to test it in the store. And that is not a problem, since all Bath & Body stores are equipped with water and sinks, allowing to to test as many products as you want.

Love & Sunshine Foaming Sugar Scrub Bath & Body Works

This February, the company has released a new Limited Edition line of products, called Love & Sunshine, a bright and happy creation designed to lighten up your mood and fill your days with cheer, light, and sunshine. One of my favorite products in this line is the Love & Sunshine Foaming Sugar Scrub Bath & Body Works. Aside from clean and airy floral scent that reminds me of the scents of the summer meadow in late morning or early afternoon, this sugar scrub is soap-based, foams well, and leaves the skin clean without any oily residue.

The texture is the foaming sugar scrub is coarse, yet acts gently, soothing the skin with a luxurious and rich foamy lather. The main ingredient of the scrub, the naturally exfoliating sugar crystals, delicately remove dead layers and reveal the radiance. Other active ingredients, such as Vitamin E and Sunflower Oil, help to nourish and protect the skin, leaving it incredibly soft, smooth and well hydrated.

  • Top Notes: Pear Blossom, Mara Strawberry, Juicy Kiwi, Sweet Lemon, Honeydew Melon
  • Mid Notes: Sunkissed Daisies, Lily of the Valley, Golden Honeysuckle
  • Dry Notes: Coconut Orchid, Amber Woods, Cedar Wood, Sunshine Musk
